All Sales Are Final 

All purchases of the Playmaker, Heavy Hitta, and Paper Toucher packages are non-refundable. These are digital/cloud-based programs that include instant access to proprietary materials, systems, tools, mentorship, and/or branded licensing rights. Once access is granted or setup begins, refunds will not be issued under any circumstance. 

What’s Included 

Each package includes immediate or staged delivery of: • Cloud-based access to tax software and portals 

• Digital downloads, templates, training, and 

onboarding 

• Branding assets (where applicable) 

• Private access to mentorship, support, and/or team building strategies

Because this content is delivered electronically and/or involves personalized setup, we do not oer refunds or cancellations. 

Chargebacks & Disputes 

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first reaching out to our team violates our Terms of Use and may result in permanent account termination, access suspension, and forfeiture of future program eligibility.
